MOD-SET, Inc. carries all of its own rigging equipment to set any size of modular home. The company's rigging equipment is replaced at any sign of wear. We trust all the equipment we transport in our trucks.
MOD-SET, Inc. is excellent at troubleshooting when required. Like any house, complications may arise and we rectify them at the set, in order to avoid construction delays.
MOD-SET, Inc. is licensed as a manufactured housing dealer in the State of Maine and is a menber of the National Association of Home Builders of the United States of America.
